Rooms is a place for collaboration and consolidation of data for a particular job or task with your financial professional. If there is a document within a room that you would like to download for any reason, this can be done simply and easily.
To download a document that has been shared in Rooms:
1. In the Room > Documents and find the document you wish to download a copy of.
2. Under the ‘Action’ column, click the ‘Download document’ button. Your browser will open the document in a new window for you to print or save as required.
